The Photo Shoot: Aiden Lee

He may look cute, BUT he cried like the whole time!
He wanted us to hold him during the pictures, every time we put him down or moved the side, he cried! LOL {yes, he's VERY spoiled; ALL little ones should be. :p}
Poor photographer!
Honestly, I didn't think we'd get any photos, but here are a few that came out great!

I chose this template because Aiden's BIG little head was perfect for the "O," so cute!

Can you see the watery eyes?!

Oh the joys of taking your toddler to get their pictures taken, and actually thinking that they'll behave (sarcasm).

Bits + Pieces

* Zip Lining! We both zip lined for the first time! It was SO fun much and a bit scary too (it was over a body of water)!

* Killing two birds with one stone! :p Reading study materials to Anderson while rocking him. Exam coming up next week!

* Peanut butter cookies! I made them for the first time! So easy!
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
1 egg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix single egg and sugar together.
3. Add peanut butter to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Use tablespoon to put mixture onto baking sheet and press with fork. Sprinkle sugar on top.
5. Let it bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
I may or may not have went to the kitchen to eat one in the middle of the night. ;)

* Hershey's Cinnamon Rolls!

* My sister, Shara, graduated from Fayetteville Tech and she's going to pursue more schooling in the fall!

* Tons of laundry. This picture does no justice whatsoever! Colors. Whites. Jeans. Towels. Anderson's clothes (they get their own cycle because we use Dreft for his; after the age of 1, I began washing Aiden's clothes with ours). Hubby's work clothes (oh the lovely perks of being married to a BBT... sarcasm. So much dirt!). Ideally, I try to do laundry only once a week, hey, it's frugal! However, that doesn't always work out, especially living with ALL "boys."

* This.

* Breaking the flash cards in! I'm teaching this little terror the difference between cats and dogs. It's a work in progress, just like any other 18-month old, he'll pay attention for 1 minute and then he's all over the place! But he repeats after me when I say it most of the time!

Our 2012 Anniversary Weekend!

I didn't take nearly enough pics to document the amazing time we had! I got to cross A LOT of things off my bucket list!

Started out with a trip to the gas station for gas and snacks! Those taters are seriously the best ever!

Headed out at 1:02pm!

South Carolina Welcome Center / Rest Stop. Ewww, gross public restrooms!

We stayed at the Crown Reef!

On our way to the Medieval Times!

Best seats in the house! We we're on the Red and Yellow team! Robert picked a fight with the Green Knight! LOL

Yum!

Medieval Times Wench Tank.

Then we went to Celebrity Square for live music and drinks that night. We brought this back too.

Next morning... getting ready. A "souvenir" (one of many) from last night in the corner. :p

We had to brush our teeth here! LOL (Broadway at The Beach)

We forgot to bring toothpaste from home, so we had to stop at a convenient store for it.

We shopped around at Broadway that morning...
I knew that this was THE dress once I tried it on!
MB Sweater, hubby got for me.

Yummmm! Mixed Berry Rita!

 Best burger ever!

A trip to the mall to find something snazzy for the hubs to wear tonight. Trying on hats...

Mmmm... He cleans up pretty good!

X.Appeal heels and a back up pair of rainbows! Of course!

Anniversary Dinner at Miyabi Kyoto (Our appetizer)
Afterwards... we had THE best night ever! Bars, live music, drinks and A LOT of dancing!

The next morning... My makeup all over hubby's white shirt...
Proof of our great time! :p

We collected shells and sand from the beach!

Beautiful!

Breakfast at iHop!

 Then to Ripley's!

 WORST Margarita ever. LOL

I made a souvenir penny in here!

Heading back to North Carolina! :(

A Red Bull for the hubby! Had to stop for another one too!

Those were the best three days ever! The only reason I wanted to come back to NC was for our babies!
